Our Accommodation Services

Bedroom

Students/guests will be provided with a bedroom in good decorative order (twin or Single) equipped with an adequate sized bed and adequate hanging and or drawer space for clothes. It is the responsibility of the students to keep their bedroom tidy. Bed linen will also be changed by the host family on a weekly basis.

Study space

A desk or a table and a reading lamp will be available in bedrooms to provide the student with a quiet space to study.

Internet

Wifi may be available in the host family home.

Heating

Adquate heating arranging will be provided in bedrooms and which is included in the fees.

Bathroom

Sufficient washing facilities and access to a bathroom, with baths or showers will be available daily.

Laundry

Students will need to do their own washing and will have access to washing and ironing facilities once a week.

Meals

Self Catering (SC) = consist of bed only and the use of the kitchen to cook your own meals at set times.

Please Note

• Allocated space in the refrigerator and cupboards to store food items will be provided by the host family.
• Students are not to use cooking ingredients that belong to the host family except when permission is given.

Bed & Breakfast (BB) = consist of bed and breakfast only provided by the host family.

Half Board (HB) = consist of Bed & Breakfast & Evening Meal

Full Board (FB) = Bed & Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Meal

Keys

All students/guests will be provided with a house key on arrival to give a reasonable freedom of access. Student/guest are to return keys at the end of their stay.

Students/guests to inform the host family if they are not returning, e.g. staying overnight with friends.

Telephone

Host families are not permitted to allow students/guests to access the use of their telephone, therefore student will need to make their own arrangements, such as using their own mobile phone or purchasing a calling card.

Household rules

Students/guests are to respect the house rules of their host family home and any dispute are to be resolved in an amiable manner.
